Frédéric Plasson

Back in Germany since 10.2005, I am still under the charme of Kraków, the town I lived in for more than 4 years.

As a Native of both German and French Nationality, I was currently researching on the trilateral co-operation between my two home countries and Poland , in the so called Weimar Triangle. In a time when the global tendency was to "go East" for new challenges, I was given the chance to synthesise several of my interests in one time: Bosch Foundation proposed me to become a scholar of their Lecturers programme at the Centre for European Studies of the Jagiellonian University . Krakow !!! The city for which most of Bosch would apply! A Polish friend that I consulted confirmed: if somewhere in Poland , than KRAKOW !  .

Passionate of European Integration Topics, always searching for completely new environment where to discover new ways of life, Krakow offered me the most perfect continuation to all I have been working on so far; initiating high level political projects, managing cultural events on the electronic music level, and ambitious teaching, and allowed me to discover a most fantastic city. I classically fell in love with this marvellous piece of the world and won't be able to say when this will end...
